Referral Terms & Conditions

To state the obvious as we really don't like stress, terms are needed to avoid being exploited.
With that in mind we've kept these terms as simple as possible:

• Referrals require full information of both the referrer and the referred party.
• Referred information is required: full name, company name (& reg. number if applicable) address, postcode, telephone number and email address at the very least.
• Referrer information is required: full name, address, postcode, telephone number and email address.
• Referral payments will be made using BACs, so account holder name, account number and sort code will be required.
• BAC details will not be stored permanently, and will be required for each referral instance.
• When contacting us directly for a full or single page website, you can provide us with the above required details of your referrer.
• You can refer someone via our contact email.
• You can refer someone via our contact form above.
• We do not accept referrals over the phone.
• Referral fees will only be paid out for legitimate referrals leading to a contracted website and full completion of all agreed upon contracts, and after the client has settled their final invoice.
• By providing such details you are acknowledging and providing your permission for us to store your data. We do not share this data with any other party, but reserve the right to update or modify our terms in the future, of which you will be notified and have the opportunity to opt in or out.
• Referral fees will not be paid if the referred party cancels at any time, or does not adhere to our separate agreement(s).
• We reserve the right to terminate any and all agreements without recompense or refund if at any time we are unsure of a referrals legitimacy.
